Thread: The end is nigh.

    Default The end is nigh.

Xia's litter is now almost 8 weeks old and will be departing to their new homes over the weekend. What a great litter this has been. Not a single shrinking violet in the bunch. Every one of them rush the fence at the first sight of anybody, strangers or not. There will be some good workers in the bunch and I know some are going to people who will do agility, tracking and herding.

The wife decided this, being a chocolate litter, would be called by Cadbury names, so, goodbye, Twirl, Time Out (T. O.), Rocky, Dream, Flake, Top Deck( T.D) and Crunchie.

    The end - argh.

    Cadbury - hmm...

I feel for whomever gets Flake...

Susan Garrett says you have to be careful what you name a dog... one of hers was called "Buzzy" (oops). Newest puppy is "Swagger" (double oops dose of naughty).

Good stuff Nev.....Cadbury was my nickname at high school...remember the 'glass and a half' add ? Well that was me...Cadbury, glass and a half and i was drunk as a skunk LOL.

I remember going to view Mojo and watching his mum get all worked up at these strangers (us). I'm sure she knew we where there to take one of her babies away. Made me feel bad for her.

How is 'mum' doing anyway mate ?....she had a gutfull or is she protective of her little chocolate bars ?

Hi Sean. Mums done great. Still stands and lets the leaches have a suck but only for a few seconds. She has been a good first time mum. Doesn't mind people around the pups but constantly herds the other dogs away.
