I was going to take Gypsy and Rogue to the Busselton Million Paws Walk in WA but I can't walk both at once and my friend who was coming with me bailed on me.

I might go to the Perth walk in South Perth but not sure that I'll take Ruby, that would just be too much excitement for her, all those dogs she'd want to play with but having to stay on her lead would do her head in - LOL.

I am thinking the same about Banjo too, Findeb. She'd pull my arm out of its socket, I reckon. And I just had a look at some photos from last year and I don't think I would cope with the crowd myself!

Yes I'm still very undecided whether to brave the crowds or not myself Beloz.

We had magnificent weather in Perth today, so I may go to the foreshore, get myself a coffee, enjoy the sunshine and take in the sights and sounds of it all

Yeah i'm kinda weary in taking Rex which is why i'm keeping away from the Gold Coast walk as i reckon that one would be packed! So i figured Tamborine will be a smaller crowd and it's got much nicer views I have his halti with me which is brilliant but he sulks when i put it on lol

Just got back and had a great day out...
The poppets loved it, met a lot of new friends and were just all tuckered out when we got home.

5 mins after we got there. a pitball grabbed an elderly ladies little fluffy shaking it, trying to kill it. The pathetic owner and 3 other people stepped in and stated puching the dogs head to try and get it to let go, which it did, was VERY disturbing and the elderly lady was really upset and crying.
The owner was getting lunch when it happened, holding the lead with her back turned to the dog, and it waited till the fluffy was in reach walking by and grabbed it.
Sadly pitbulls were involved in 4 other fights that i saw, and only one fight not involving pitbulls. A lot of people just left after that, it was quite distressing. Was not a good day for the positive media for pitbulls, and those responsible pit owners with friendly dogs didnt have such a good day either, i could see everyone giving there dogs a 10 foot berth, i know i did.

But there was a great turnout, and everyone had a great day! Sigh........time for a nanny nap!
