    Regretting having garlic bread with tea. That Is now off the cards. I feel so sick lol

    Ginger is really good for upset tummy/morning sickness
    Most drink it as a tea but i dont like the taste much so i just used ginger capsules i brought from a health food shop
    Helped alot

    Meat cooking used to make me feel sick, oh and when my old dog Attila did farts,that made my preggers tum churn too lol. Yes the first trimester is the one you have to be wary of, but I am sure you will be just fine. And all progress needs to be reported hahaha.

    I couldn't handle spices, which I normally love.

    Also a good tip for the future: don't drink coffee on an empty stomach before you breastfeed. Unless projectile vomiting babies make you laugh. It does look rather funny...
