After wasting 7 years in retail, I'm finally doing something that makes me happy. I'm a full time Vet Nurse while studying Certificate IV in Vet Nursing at Tafe. I still have 2.5 years of Tafe... Argh!!!

I can imagine, i work with kids and it drives me INSANE! sometimes i feel like a a damn kiddie psychologist - "why does he scream and refuse to get in the pool week after week" my favorite response "don't know, i just get paid to teach him to swim, not get inside his head" am definitely in the wrong profession, hence why i'm trying my damn hardest to get out - fast!

Owning a dog should be a partnership. Much like a good marriage it should be based on love, trust and devotion until death do you part.

Majored in psychology at uni, now work in HR, but I won't say where because I'm looking to move lol... I admire anyone working in psychology and/or with children - it's something I just couldn't do.

Back when dinosaurs roamed the earth and I had a pet pterodactyl I did a year of nursing studies but moved back when my father needed me as his dental nurse . He would just get them trained up and they would get pregnant and leave. (not to him, lol) He wanted a long term one and I was happy to oblige as I started at 12yrs old just working the desk on Saturday mornings and later did the lot at times till I left school and went nursing.
I have been lucky in my 2 marriages that we decided it was better off for the kids if I was home (second marriage kids were about 5 and 9). I could have worked if I wanted to or if I had to due to finances. Being in the country the cost of living can be a lot better than the cities.

Hubby is a rice and beef producer, a few other cereal crops at times and I manage the household front.
We own our own farm and hubby and his father work in partnership on his father's two farms and ours.
