Park where their car will be blocked in. If they're in your way, just park behind them. If they can't get out, I'm sure they'll work out who's car it is and come knocking. Then you can say you parked there because you couldn't get through. They will soon learn to park in their own spot.
yes thats what i wanna do park them in so they know how it feels..just have to catch them when im not busy and have the time to leave the car there long enough to inconvience them lol i love all these suggestions makes me feel normal to want to seek revenge

hi i am a real estate agent in perth and we have strata standard by-laws that state a common driveway must not be blocked etc and also of course not block someone else out of their allocated parking area. not sure where you from but would think there would be something like this in place. needs to be enforced by the strata company/body corporate.

yes but how does the body corporate enforce. Can they evict? Sue?

I think I would be tempted to get the car towed for parking on my property... pretty sure the body corporate could implement this and as long as they had passed it - all you would need to do is phone the tow company the body corporate made their agreement with...

I do also believe there is some rule about unlawful imprisonment? Might be something to discuss with the police - what your options are.

so when i bought my unit i wrote an email to every owner and body corp asking permission, they voted and i was granted permission with certain conditions, which was fine.
these ppl just went out and bought a cat with total disregard for the rules and the owners of the villas..how crazy is that!?!
and body corp are just like "oh we didnt know"...i dont wanna get these ppl kicked out, they have a young child etc but i just want some common courtesy and respect..and the use of my bloody carspace and driveway! argghhh the worst is the wife she gives me attitude and death stares me i really wanna slapp some sence into her lol
The last units we lived in people were actually getting taken to court for continuously breaking the body corp laws. Complain to them, get them to send out a letter too or something. If it doesn't work go to the real estate!

if the sub-division is privately owned & not a public/gazzetted street Council will not be able to do anything. Otherwise it would be like Council telling you not to park in your own driveway.
