yeah we do have body corp but i dont know how much control they have other these ppl. for eg:
we have a no pets rule unless you put it to the other owners and we have a vote..like a case by case
so when i bought my unit i wrote an email to every owner and body corp asking permission, they voted and i was granted permission with certain conditions, which was fine.
these ppl just went out and bought a cat with total disregard for the rules and the owners of the villas..how crazy is that!?!
and body corp are just like "oh we didnt know"...i dont wanna get these ppl kicked out, they have a young child etc but i just want some common courtesy and respect..and the use of my bloody carspace and driveway! argghhh the worst is the wife she gives me attitude and death stares me i really wanna slapp some sence into her lol

    I once googled
"how to get rid of crap neighbours" as my son was having issues with some ferals next door.
Well the results were "enlightening" the blogs etc were mainly USA ones and were chockers with
posts from Gun Toting White Supremacists - just the avatars of these guys gave me nightmares..
Some of the ideas were downright hilarious but most involved invoking the right to bear and USE arms.

The fact that they have a kid makes it even worse! I am forever hammering into my child that she is not alone in the world and has to think about how her actions affect other people. And I try to show her by example too. Your neighbours are like those d!ckhead parents at the school who park on the zebra crossing to let their kids out. I just want to shoot them and I think I'd be doing their kids a favour.

Oops sorry, now I got a bit carried away.

I don't think they would kick them out over this. But they can threaten to if they don't lift their game.

Ask them why they keep parking in the way. Park in their car space and see what they say :P
Park where their car will be blocked in. If they're in your way, just park behind them. If they can't get out, I'm sure they'll work out who's car it is and come knocking. Then you can say you parked there because you couldn't get through. They will soon learn to park in their own spot.

HAHA perhaps i should seek out a shot gun??...
my other neighbour in villa#1 (who isnt affected by the driveway debacle) says that because of their natonality (theyre turkish) they dont "communicate well with others" eventhough they speak perfect english and their son goes to school here?? i mean do ppl in turkey go around doing whatever they feel like without caring how theyre impacting others? surely not

Beloz, thats exaclty what theyre like!...even when i got her to move her car one day she had the audacity to come up to me and say "can you please drive slow on the driveway coz my son plays there" and i said "well the driveway isnt really for playing, maybe he should be in the backyard where its safe?" and she says "yeah but he sometimes just runs out on the road"...well isnt that your job as a mother to make sure your 6 yr old son doesnt run out on to the busy road???? crrrazyyyy

sean honestly i would LOVE to do something you suggested to their car, my fiance would shit kittens if i did anything though haha

Why can't you just park behind them when you come home and they're there?
