That guy must have so had the right vibes and attitude......WOW.........What that must have felt like, so incredibly cool.

They must have obviously prepared people on how to behave and this incredible guy was cool enough to have this incredible meeting. Thank you for this post

I loved the cheeky little buggers in Bali...naughty little thieves they are LOL but this is so cool i had goosebumps seeing the size of that silverback so close.
Maybe the black shirt made them feel secure around him ?? You can tell the big fella is still a little sus on him and i can only imagine what would have happened if he moved or scared the little ones.

Yes the guy was cool...very cool and sensible, initially, no eye contact, just relaxed and submissive position

We used to live in South America and had Spider monkeys, quite different and only very small compared to the Silver-back, but amazing pets. Ours were not gaged and could have left at any time........HMMM those were the days

Am I the only one who noticed he has appeared to have pissed himself?
Owning a dog should be a partnership. Much like a good marriage it should be based on love, trust and devotion until death do you part.

I reckon I would have pissed myself too. I freak out if dolphins want to swim with me - have you seen the teeth on those critters. Pathetic I know.

But I'm not entirely sure that was what the spot was or not. Don't want to think about it really. And the place has changed a lot since my sister was there. No gorillas wandering on made paths. They had to slash jungle and there were no paths, and they had to beware of leeches and water bourne parasites...
