    I add hot pepperoni. And I've seriously simplified that recipe, because I really only want to taste is chilli and tomato.

    So I throw a handful of sliced pepperoni in a pot with some olive oil for a minute, add 2 cloves of garlic and 2-3 red chillies and cook another minute, then about 1/4 of a cup of red wine (makes all the difference to the taste!) and a can of crushed tomatoes, pepper and salt, simmer for 10 minutes while you cook the pasta and that's it.

    I'm doing chicken stir fry with Hokkien noodles - cos I've gotta eat some protein and pasta ahead of tomorrow's overdose of hockey games.
