    Default Pick Me Up's

    So I just got home from a very long day that felt like it would never end. I am feeling down, mirsable and moody. And to top it off I just had someone close to me emotionally kick me.

    what do people do when feeling like this to feel better?

    Go and hug my dogs and take them for a walk somewhere nice.

    Sleep. My defence is sleep.
    A pessimist sees the glass as half empty;
    An optimist sees the glass as half full;
    A realist just finishes the damn thing and refills it.

    I grab a blanket, grab a glass of wine and plonk myself on the couch with my favourite movie and my dogs.

    My kids. I take them for granted all to often and when i'm down somthing as simple as hearing about thier day at school or reading my 4 year old daughter a story and seeing her enjoying it always reminds me of whats really important and some things arnt worth getting to worried about.
    And when my old mate Scooby was around a big lick and a snuggle just topped it of nicely.

    I take the dog for a walk. And make sure my mobiles switched off, I don't need any 's when trying to unwind.

    my dogs just managed to make all my worries fade away.

    Sitting on the couch with Boof's head on my leg, absent mindly patting his head and rubbing his ears, when Roxy decided she wanted to play and climbed all over him and tugging on his collar. So what does Boof do? He stretches out to the full length of the couch and with a grunt boots her off the couch onto the floor never taking his head off my leg.

    I laughed so hard I snorted my drink out my nose.

    Roll a ball on the floor and let Murphy chase it about.
    just love to watch him moving this about with his nose.
    I have had to take it outside now as he is getting too quick and this means funiture is getting in his way now. So to save him and the funiture it is was batter outside for him and me to watch him.
    Gets that smile going again.
