    Oh terrific.
Have a litter because people want them.

It's slightly better than having a litter and hoping you can make heaps of money out of it.

It does have all the same problems as BYB with dogs though - ie breeding possibly bad tempered bad genetic kittens.

But I really don't care about squillions of unwanted cats being PTS. For some reason it doesn't upset me as much as all those unwanted dogs.

Don't like the additional ferals roaming the countryside though.

Like I have said, my cats are going to be desexed after this litter, people taking kittens include my best friend whom I have known for seven years, my sister and my GRANDMOTHER, i am not doing this for money, not for a cent. These kittens will be leaving me vacc, microchipped and DESEXED and i will be reimbursed for it. SO anyway I wont be explaining myself to those who have to be... well like they are... I asked a question, whoever can answer it i would appreciate the answer... thats it. thanks

And I would like to add, you could breed bad tempered PUREBRED with papers puppies! just because your dogs are well tempered DOES NOT mean the puppies will be JUST BECAUSE they are papered. My cats are beautiful, well tempered cats so I have every reason to think that the kittens will be. FORGET it. it is a cat topic anyway, most of you wouldnt know a thing about them.

Ask a question on a public forum and you're going to get everyones opinions.

Bluntly, the only difference between a dog byb and you is you're doing it with cats. Contrary to your belief most of us do actually know a thing or two. Perhaps you should have learnt about this before breeding KITTENS to each other. Given the sheer number (nearly double that of dogs) that are pts every year, and given that you have the intelligence and the information at your fingertips I think it is abhorrant that you would knowingly do this....

BTW, if you have two stable, balanced dogs bred from stable balanced dogs you have FAR more chance of getting stable, balanced puppies than Joe Bloggs who threw his girl with a friends boy because she is a good pet and he looks nice.

I think you forgot the main difference between myself and bybs is there is no money involved in what I have done. They breed for money. Think as you wish. and enjoy.
