Somehow my mouse on this laptop often has a mind of its own. Actually it is more likely the way I touch the touchpad, however..

Somehow or other I have diminished the size of the type in this forum only, others are fine. I have looked in my bottom taskbar for a sizing or manification icon but nothing. Thank dog I have reading glasses.

I know I am going to look like a complete nong but it is irking me.
    this happened yesterday.
Despite shutting down overnight it is the same.

Gawd I am going to look an idiot...lmao.

Hold down the CTRL key and press the + key.

If you want to make the page smaller you hold CTRL and press the - key.

I do it all the time for pages with ridiculously small text

with laptops I always get a separate hand held mouse and turn the key pad off, since it seems to relocate the mouse randomly even when I think I'm not touching it.

And I actually got blisters from a touchpad one time. Too much solitaire or something.

my new laptop also has this function that you can zoom in or out using 2 fingers on the mouse pad thingy like pinch to go small and opposite to got out.

you could be leaning on it if it has the same function as thats how i worked mine out

Tess. I told Crested I loved her before I actually tried her solution. YOU are quite right. My laptop is like that too. I will be very fickle and transfer my love to you, lol. Thanks.
