I can't eat at all the day of grand finals. I do try to do "meal replacement" with gatorade stuff.
I admit I've been on training sessions where other people threw up, but I hadn't eaten for well over 4 hours or longer.
Just build up slowly BD lover, try a 10 min jog one week, then 15 in 2 weeks, then 20 the week after etc.
If you find yourself going through hell; Don't stay. Just keep on going.
