    Default Cosco-has Anyone Been There?

    Hi,

I am not really big on buying bulk except meat for pets but I heard of some good pet products in the shop and wondering if anyone has been there...

    Cost Co?

Jealous. I think. Well I can't handle Ikea or some of the bigger bunnings stores.

I wander around looking for the stuff that's on my list and not in their shop - wow - until my brain seizes and I can't buy anything.

We've got something called "rite price" here but I've never gone there.

And the pet toys in the supermarkets here are too expensive and too flimsy to bother wasting money on. I looked at them wishing they were more durable - just today, and left them in the shop. And I finally paid attention to what my kitten biscuits (that I use for dog training treats) were costing. at $45 per kilo - I think fillet steak is cheaper.

Only been to Costco or( however you spell it) in the states where my jaw was permanently dropping, lol. No idea on pet stuff as I wasn't looking out for it.
Was just with some friends who were doing their shop.

Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

I was looking though a us based forum and had an impression that pet products are quite ok there...I am also organising (last minute decision) my nephew's 18th birthday (he is an overseas student) at his boarding house (with 58 students)...this got me thinking after all Cosco would have value for that kind of thing....

Hya-like yourself I do not even go to any shopping mall such as westfield etc unless it is so necessary...I do not have to as I shop locally.

The Auburn Cosco opened recently and apparently the place has been crazy....

Well at least the trolleys will stop ending up in the river..... General public there is too stingy to let $1 or $2 go to waste!
