Default Nespresso, George Clooney and Me!

I have owned 2 x cappacino machines in recent years. One was a million dollar professional jobbie and the other a Gaggia - and in my opinion, both were crappola!! Messy, hard to get "right" and unbelievably difficult to froth the milk to perfection.

But that was all before George told me about Nespresso. Seriously, for the coffee lovers out there, you have to get one of these. EASY, clean and perfect every single time just by hitting 2 buttons. Even frothing the milk is automatic.

Just another reason I love Mr Clooney xxxxxx

    Amanda....

I too have had a few coffee machines in the past, they either break down or too complicated to use or to fiddly to wash up etc. I have been drooling over George & Nespresso, i think Delongi make a machine called "Citi" that looks near enough to Nespresso machine. The coffee pod system looks so easy to use.

I must save up my $$$$$ & invest in the Nepresso machine..

I love nescafe instant lol. For some reason machine coffees make me feel ill. My son is a dedicated home barrister and even takes a portable grinder and maker with him on army exercises. He wonders if he is adopted.

Actually Deb, the news is better than you think!!!!

I went to the Nespresso website a few weeks ago after sipping a beautiful coffee made in my girlfriends machine. The model I wanted was $529 + delivery. Found the same machine on Appliances on Line for $399 + delivery and ordered it.

Arrived, made coffee, fell in love.....
Problem was, which room should it live in, the bar (one end of the house) or the kitchen (other end of the house)??

Soooooooooo I was on Grays on Line through the week and I found a lessor model ($399 on the Nespresso site) for $200. So with the buyers premium and delivery charge it worked out to be $250!!!!! Problem solved, we now have one in the bar and another on its way for the kitchen.

I don't suppose it comes with a free George Clooney, does it? if so, I'm there!

Have you had a hard time getting the pods? I think they have one at work and they have to get the pods from Sydney.

I bought a Sunbeam machine off Ebay about 3 years ago - best investment I ever made! I love having my cappucino in the morning. I use the Cafe Aurora all'italia coffee in it.
