Yeah I still miss the after dinner one. The rest of the time isn't too bad. though every 3 or 4 days I throw a tantrum for no apparent reason, don't know how O.H puts up with me.

I'm so proud of all of you for your efforts today. It's minute by minute with this damn thing so it doesn't catch you at a weak moment. I suspect this thread is going to have oodles of pages over the next little while.

Good Luck to all of you and I hope you all can kick it -- You must be strong in your resolves to do it, here I am, really wishing I could give up and yet havent had the balls to do it yet, but I know I will -- one day soon.

Everyone, You're doing an amazing job!!!
I've been inspired by you lot- I've decided I'm going to get healthy. I'm going to start doing exercise regularly, I'm going to try to eat healthy, and I'm actually going to go to sleep before 11. And, I'm planning on doing that lemon in warm water thing in the morning, but I'm not sure if its warm or cold water. I'm doing yoga more often now too.
Keep up the good work everyone!

Boxerini, I use boiling water from the kettle for my lemon water when I have it

DA, how are you doing this morning?

    Pandii, way to go

Just over 21 hours smoke free. Currently having my morning coffee and not that phased about not having a cigarette to go with it.

Last time I quit cold turkey I couldn't sleep for 2 nights because I was constantly thinking about them and was insanely irritable and in the worst mood for that time. Happy to say that I slept just fine last night. Feeling really confident about this being my time. So a big THANK YOU to DA for starting this thread and giving me the push I needed
