    Goodluck DA!

DP and I decided to quit cold turkey a few days ago...

That day we decided to allow ourselves 1 per day...

That 1 per day has spread into 2...

That 2 is spreading into 3...

I don't feel good about myself for letting this happen. I start work at 6 and I'm not going to take any with me. That way (hopefully) I won't have the temptation sitting in my pocket.

I will say though, we have cut back A LOT!!!

for us, and super for you!

"One ciggie is too many & a 1000 is not enough". Not sure where I heard that, but it's true.

I've been really lucky to not put on any weight, because i can smell things a lot more now I can't eat with O.H and mum. All the meaty smells make me want to throw up. I'll second Ashari and say I'm rootin for ya to. When you get desperate for a ciggy just think of me and don't feel alone.

Pacino, good on you for giving them up. Stay strong!

Ferrero, that's usually my issue too. I try and cut back to a certain amount a day and then it gradually works its way back up again. I think it's a great idea to leave them at home when you go to work. Can't give into temptation if you don't have any on you.

    Pandii, great job today!

I have not had a cigarette since 11:10am, so a little over 8 hours so far and feeling good.
My hardest ones will definitely be the morning coffee, the after dinner & the phone conversation ones. Will find the willpower to resist though
