Problem is, I am REALLY liking the true taste of coffee. Too much.

LOL A coffee addiction is better then a nicotine addiction...

But try decaff every now and again...

You're such a wonderful support Lynn. I wish I could have you perched on my shoulder all day long

    DA
, starting to feel any better yet? Would be absolutely fabulous if when you're better you're well and truly in the groove of not having them. Such a hard thing to give up so I bow down to you for doing so extremely well.

I think at the end of my illness I'll realise how lucky I was actually, Megan. So preoccupied with tablets, basins and nebulisers at the moment that the smokes are kind of not even in my head. I think it's a good distraction being sick, as strange as that sounds.

I'm here for you all my lovelies. Choosing to stop fagging is a big step. You've all committed yourselves & it's a day by day proposition now. You'll have your good days & you're "not so good" days. It's not an "all or nothing" deal. Everyone's path is different. I'd like to have this thread as a bit of a "diary" if you agree. Just keep posting please. You'll be helping yourself & a few "interested but anonomous" readers no doubt.

Yeah megan, it's not about how many times we trip up along the way, it's getting to our final destination in the end that this thread is all about. A constant source of encouragement to help all of us that are kicking the habit.

Well i haven't had a one because i don't have any and sure as heck are not driving anywhere atm the way i am. as I say, in one way this is rather helpful. Lol.

My problem is I only smoke 1mg ciggies anyway. Doctors have always told me i should just go mow the lawn and roll up the clippings for the amount of nicotine I'm getting, but it's the addiction of putting something from hand to mouth I think.
