Default I Zip Tied My TV Aerial !!!!

    Yes, I did...

We got a wee problem with pidgeons using our aerial as a lookout during the day..

They make such a big mess of the roof and the droppings are a bit caustic and eat away the colourbond on the roof...

At the most, I have counted 21 pidgeons sitting on my aerial and the arms look like they are straining to take the weight...

So, I thought it's time I went to bunnings to find a solution, so about 100 white and 100 black Zipties later, here is the result !!

Zip ties are our friend here too for various things until we get around to repairing things properly.

But I got to say that just takes the cake for most inventive use of a zip tie (or many in your case) that I have ever seen or heard of.

I nominate mitte for the "most inventive use of zip ties" award

I remember the first time I saw someone with zip ties all over their cycle helmet and I was like "WTF". Until I realised their excellent use to deter bloody magpies attacking poor cyclists.

Great aerial, very fancy. You'll start a trend on the street. Neighbours probably already have 'Aerial envy"
