    Yes I do

I put one in my right ear and hang the other over my left, with the volume at minimum so that I can still hear bits.. I also alternate otherwise I have different hearing levels

I can not stand walking or running without something to walk or run to!

I've learned to only have one earphone in, and only quiet enough so that I can hear absolutely everything around me. A dog almost attacked Keeda while we were on our walk and I didn't even hear it until it was right on top of us. It was quite a lesson, I blogged about the incident.
