I don't but I'd like to. I am too worried though that I wouldn't hear something. I am oblivious enough as it is. I was walking once and didn't hear someone come up behind me on a bike. Scared me

I used to; I have buds that sit firmly in my ears so they don't fall out when I run with the dogs, but I got too paranoid about kids and people coming up behind us on foot or bike, etc. My dog is badly abused so a lot of things trigger fear aggression in him and it ruins our walk when people get unnecessarily close.

Just to elaborate on my other post. I still hear everything that's going on on our walks, I just like the bit of background music I can even still hear Troopa's name tag jingle as we stroll hehe.

And I still talk to him during walks (I use the command 'stop' & 'go' at each road, 'come' after he's had a sniff at trees or when his ears start to prick up when there's people approaching and of course lots of 'good boy' when he's doing well).

I am the same, I have it so i can still hear what is going on, i can still correct her around other dogs. I dont need it to hear people walking up behind me, Kaos stops for a pat if someone is behind us! LOL
