Need tricep exercises such as holding a weight in one hand high above head and then letting the arm bend at the elbow until the weight is behind the neck, then stretch the arm up again. Must be totally controlled and at least 20 reps per arm, 3 sets of reps and repeat daily!
There are heaps others. Also bicep curls because you want both sides of the upper arm toned!

Don't know what type of weights you have but I used to tone the granny arms, have since given up, by putting hands behind you on coffee table and doing squats using arms instead of legs.

Pull down weights, sorry forgotten all the names of them, ex-husband's a gym junkie, used to pull weight down to hip and slightly outward and back past body. So arm almost straight out in front down past hip and continue on past.

Best thing I found was to put my hand on my tricep and feel the indent that way you know if you are using that muscle.

But all the muscles in the arm will help get rid of granny arms and as he used to say putting less in my mouth.

Sorry, I didn't mean you I meant he used to say that to me.

The gym was a huge part of our life, a life without kids, when he decided he no longer wanted any more dogs etc, he basically hit mid-life crisis, motor bikes, scuba diving a gym obsession.

I went along with it all for a while and then decided enough, I'm who I am. I'm not a big person, but I used to be very very little.

What I did find helpful was having a personal trainer, just while at the gym for a few weeks because they can show you how to use the weights properly and without hurting yourself.
