My son has weights in his room and a gym set downstairs. I find if i sit there and look at them for a while, I feel good.

    Does that help?

My mum is a personal trainer.

Will talk to her Sunday night and get back to you!

I do know how as I work out every morning and night - mum trains me, but it is a bit hard to explain.

My local pool was heated all year round. And you could get discounts for bulk session purchase. No point swimming - lose no weight at all doing that. Get in the shallow end and run towards the deep end until the water is up to your neck then turn around and run back. For extra calorie burning - lift knees up as high as you can going deep and kick your bum going back. For extra extra calorie burning - get a weight belt and some lead (wrap it in plastic and duct tape - poisonous stuff), and wear it running up and down. Don't forget to take weight belt off before you go in the deep end for the deep end running/cycle moves.
