    Default To Sell Again...or Not?

    Hmmm, where to start?

Getting sick of doing this place. Love the location (well mostly) across from the river, but I am really getting tired of all this renovating. We have done this for over 10 years, buying then renovating, then selling for profit.

Constantly lately the thought of selling keeps cropping up in my mind. Just getting out of this place and buying a new modern home with little renovating work to do is enticing me.

I don't mean to sound like a snob because in reality I'm far from it, but the place is a ****box compared to what we've been used to.

Do other ppl here buy property only to change their minds, or is it just me?

You have to be where you feel good, the vibes are right and you can relax and just be a family and happy!

Ive just bought my first place and Im renovating and as much as I love it as I know it will be rewarding to see the end result, I certainly couldnt do it over and over again (well not alone anyways)
The main thing is to be in a place that you feel happy in

Only talking about me here but after doing this for all this time I think I would be looking and wanting a place to settle that someone else had renovated and I had to do nothing much to it. (says Di who has never renovated in her life but lived in many rental ****boxes.)

It was my dream come true when we bought this new house for the farm.
(the slugs that used to come out in the kitchen at night, bright orange guts when you trod on them in bare feet, mice in everything, were rather offputting in the old farmhouse)

Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

Sorry i cant offer advice.. i think buying & selling a home is a personal thing, i mean as in its the persons gut feeling as to whether to sell or buy etc

We have only only ever had 1 home of our own, but had to sell due to the collapse of the construction industry.. caused by the f***** up union a*se licking Labor government whom doesn't give a rats about the self employed or the construction industry... i wont be thanking "Wanker Keating" or "Rudd the Dudd" for nothing

One persons ****box is another persons palace! Let someone take that palace of your hands.
If you find yourself going through hell; Don't stay. Just keep on going.
