    My reply from him.

    Hi Di

Happy to do it for you and would love you just to take it as a gift -
being a giver yourself maybe it's time to get a little back!

You are a strong woman and I believe you will fight and beat this. You
will also give up smoking and have a long and beautiful life.

Thanks Di, all the very best and take care.

    Cheers
    STEVE

He is STILL bossing me around lol.

Someone is looking out for you Mate. I suspect Steve may be one of your 's. Just accept the gift as it was presented to you at the time. There will be an opportunity when you least expect it to repay this kindness.

Today in the mail I received TWO cds from him. Stop smoking one (had a major freakout this morning and hubby went and bought me a pack, of which I had one, then asked him to hide them) and a self hypnosis one.

I now feel able to cope having these.

I'll be interested to hear how you go with these CD's.

I genuinely believe that there is something for all of us to grab hold of and believe in. For me its acupuncture (which so many folk just laugh at). I am delighted that you have found your "grass root" and someone who is so generous to one who is so generous. Please remember Di, what comes around goes around!!! Also, at our age I reckon it's OK to sit back once in a while and let someone else do for us......otherwise, we would surely run out of puff?

ETA....last chemo tomorrow???? HOW BLUDDY WONDERFUL

Shar, my son has now just agreed this arvo for accupunture for his pain, I am EXTATIC.

before this, the nearest was in Wagga, now is Griffith, ( 1 hour away) he always felt the 2 hour drive (to wagga) would negate any good effects. He had acupuncture for migraines when he was living over there a few years ago. Surgeons can no longer do anything for his back and he lives on massive meds.

Mummy is EXTATIC if I haven't already mentioned it, lol. (he is 25 now, his injury was at age 19)
