There is no way in the world any certificate could ever show the rescue groups how much we appreciate them and everything they do. I know for me personally, I could spend the next 50 years grovelling and being a slave for them and the dogs and it still wouldn't be enough IMO.

Anyways, just for kicks I decided to do up a mock template for a certificate. It's just a silly one, but the kind of thing I was thinking of.

Gee, the certificate looks good Angela!
I agree with what you said in regards to rescue groups, they are amazing people! So are those who get on board and help out by picking a dog up here and dropping it off there etc.
    They are fantastic people!

I like awards for silly stuff, not serious...eg head in the clouds award (still giggle at someone walking into a park bench) Most incoherent post..stuff like that. There is far too much seriousness in our world today as it is.

Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

That's exactly what I was thinking!

How about "Best Foot In Mouth Moment"

You would have to be careful as to the humour of the person!

I think it is a very good idea.

Maybe you could have on your own CP page if you are not interested in being nominated, then that takes anybody out of the running that could be offended by an award?

Would there also be an option of putting a certificate (if we are going to use them?) that you were awarded on your CP page? (A bit like face book?)

Or a sticky post that had the nominations and awards for that month and then maybe take out the nominations once the award has been given, leaving only the award for that month, and the following months and then change it over yearly?

Can be done easily I'm happy to do both but it would have to be fortnightly at the most frequent otherwise I'll run out of time!

Thank you for giving me something creative to do with some of these programs!!!

I'd like to do different ones for different awards too. Need to use a happy puppy, not a sad one though I've just realised I used the wrong one!!
