The trick is to eat the foods you like and that are good for you and save the junk for times when you want to save points for it. Salads and veges are mostly point free. It is what you put on them that adds the weight. I kept snacks in the fridge of boiled eggs (I point) I used a few weight watchers products, mainly their tubs of fruit but managed to do mine and hubbys meals from normal shopping and cooking, just being aware of my portion size. I became the point queen lol.
I used my exercise points as reward points for me and I found that a great incentive to do the 20 minutes as I used it for things that otherwise I would feel deprived of and being and feeling deprived is what is really at the base of diets or good diet changes failing. I think the one thing that mattered the most to me was the saying that with the "bad"things that the first bite is as good as the last. To this day I will sometimes still share a bakery item or desert with someone I am with if I feel I really want some but really don't know if I want to eat the lot of it. It happens now really without thinking as the first bite is indeed as good as the last and each is savoured.

I have been doing ww for nearly 11 months, I have lost 20.3 kilos, still got a hell of a lot more to go
Headaches are normal, junk food, and caffine is addictive, it will pass
You will also get used tot he water and your pee will be less often

Keep it up, sounds like youa re doing great

I dont buy their food unless its on special, I have 4 kids to feed, I only cook and prepare one lot of food to do us all, the kids love it, especially the spag bol and fish and chips

Thanks Pandii, i really need to get some food ideas to cook, i have been very very lazy and hate cooking at the best of times

I have already lost some weight, put my track pants on for a walk tonight, they are normally a tight fit, and they are loose on me!

Few hard days, i craved tonight and had ONE SMALL SMALL easter egg, put the rest away and am proud i did that.

Went out last night to a raffle and everyone was drinking and eating hot chips and ice chocolates, i had a coke zero and didnt touch anything else till i got home for dinner.

Today at work i didnt even crave a chocolate, so that was great!
