Nobody I know has tried it, but tell me how you go! I'm curious as to whether or not those types of programs really work. I've had a couple of people email me via 1 Fit Mutt about weight loss programs I recommend and I keep having to explain that I'm not a weight loss program expert!

    Today is almost over

    thank god!

I have managed to eat most of what i put aside, I am a huge chocolate lover and eat it every day ( I know, bad Teebs!) I put aside some grape for lunch, but had to have a chocolate biscuit, it still fits in with my points, so i didnt break the WW plan, just the food plan I had

I have a massive headache, but i am sure that is from the lack of junk food and my body going into melt down because it has healthy stuff inside it!!

The water is killing me, i am peeing every 20 mins! But the girls at work are great and even hid all their junk food they were eating so i wouldnt see it !! LOL

aww thats so nice of your workmates terror

I know what you mean about the water! I 've increased my intake (on advice from a thread on here actually).

You probably are having sugar/junk withdrawels. You may feel cranky/crappy over the next few days, hope not though!
(I did a carb/sugar detox for a week and I wanted to sliently kill my husband at times)

berroca is a great pick me up, easy to keep in the desk drawer too.

I have the original flavoured one and when its made with less water its taste is really enjoyable and its sweet enough to trick my mind that im having something naughty

Best of luck with it all Cin. I am sure you can do it!
Don't forget a little exercise, that helps with getting the "junk food" out of the body!
    Just don't over do it!

The headache will be lack of choccy, I got that when I cut it out too. I am a massive chocaholic too, but after a few months I found I didn't crave it like I used to. I still have my moments (like last night) but once you break the cycle it's amazing when you realise "nahh, don't really feel like choccy tonight".

I found it harder to give up chocolate than to give up smoking! At least with choccy you can still indulge every now and then........

Some people very close to me have been on the WW diet and have had some impressive results. Best advice is to stick with it. Don't make excuses (this cost someone I know a near 50kg loss. She started to pile it back on with only 3kg to goal). But it is a very effective system. And the frequent peeing will pass when your body gets used to the amount you're drinking.

    Good luck TB
