Wow, that convertible dress is amazing. I've just watched the you tube video. Really cool. The material looks like it is so soft.

The first one is a beautiful colour but, like Greys said, I'm not keen on the sleeves.

I actually have the one from Slim Solutions, I find it really good, I tried a couple of others but this one actually seems to target most of my muscles and makes me feel awesome at the end of it

I can't really complain too much, the worst ones have gotten fired after my complaints to their head office...

I've always been underweight so can't speak from experience, but I heard that water is really good for weight loss. I definitely noticed a great skin improvement when I started drinking more water and also apparently a lot of the time when we feel hungry it's actually thirst that we're feeling, if we drink water all throughout the day those hunger pangs should ease up a bit.

    Water, water, water.

Food, simple as that, what goes in is what shows up.

And walking is THE most incredible exercise ever.

*well it was when I bothered doing it. Sigh, grumble*

Agreed with all recommending tonnes of water! I drink 500ml when I wake up and probably around 3L a day in total....
