Roast pork, lots of vegies, apple sauce - followed by fruit salad.

I have always been thinking of your lovely dinners yet never replied to this thread...sorry.

I wondered if there could be a revival!?

I would love some inspiration, as a busy Mum thinking of what to have for dinner is always so hard.

I have been unwell, so tonight i am making vegie soup. Not very exciting but very good for the soul.

Looking at all the delicious food on this thread has made me very hungry. Wow, I need to move in with some of you. LOL. I was very lazy tonight and had scrambled eggs with capsicum, cheese, mushies and tomato. Had no bread so no toast. AAaarrrrgggghhhhhhh!

It is pouring rain here so it will be some sort of comfort food here. Have to go shopping. Pumpkin soup and sourdough bread is sounding good at the moment.

Mmmm I love pumpkin soup! But sourdough bread sits really heavy in my tummy, makes me feel like I weigh a ton!

Last night we had fish and vegies, but I don't like fish so I had banana and honey on toast!

And tonight I will be at the boyfriends place so I'm not sure what we are having there! But Friday night is hopefully going to be a baked dinner - mmmmmm, baked potatoes. I could live off them!!

Erinah - haha, I have had a doughnut for dinner once as well, so filling isn't it
