    Aww yum! Damn, why can't you be 5 minutes away? I'd be there in a flash!

    I'm just about to make a cheese bacon and mushroom omelette, to sit down to while I watch the Biggest Loser...PMSL...oh the irony!

    standard meal for us tonight

    brange and mough tonight
    (translation yellow rice with sultana carrots and almonds and yogurty garlic lemon chicken)
    with the usual sides, nonn - thick flat bread -,chilli flavoured olive oil for dipping, garlic yogurt sauce and tomato onion salad.

    Whenever I watch it, I'm always eating something SO un-healthy! Had the omelette, now I'm eating choccy!
