    Tonight easy because I just make homemade burgers and we take them to BMX
    practice and have dinner there.

    Tonight we are having.............

    A German meal with an Aussie twist "BBQ"

    BBQ'd Veal cutlets, creamy white wine mushroom gravy, German spatzle noodles, pan fried spuds & German style red cabbage

    I just hope my German cooking skills turn out as good as my German MIL's cooking....

    I can be a good judge, my grandmother on mothers side is German heritidge. (I am a cross breed myself lol greek dad german mum)

    Ive been eating/cooking persian,greek & ital food for so long though I may of lost my taste for it lol. My mimi would alway say that sauerkraut is the cure for anything.

    oooh sauerkraut, i just cant take to the taste of it. MY OH luvs sauerkraut on German style smoked frankfurts with loads of hot mustard

    I luv red cabbage though, i could eat it by the bucket loads
