    Just while Ralph has been ill, I only cook on the weekends and make sure that Ralph has plenty of roast chicken and Koftas.
    I did have tuna and salad for lunch!

    Dinner tonight is toasted ham & cheese sandwiches! Hubby is away overnight for work (He's in Albury for a trade show) and I can never be bothered cooking any major for myself!

    Thursday nights at our house is the KIDS choice for dinner & it was Maca's tonight

    ... ohh well it's better than eating seafood or chicken i suppose, i'm red meat girl, give me lamb or beef any day.

    I made a spinach, garlic and cheese pasta bake with garlic bread. Dessert was apple crumble.

    I made some chicken thingy in the slow cooker yesterday, had to use the chicken, tonight i boiled some pasta to go with it - was nice, but too much mustard powder stuff for me! Will give the rest to mum and dad
