    Default Bad Habits?

Does anyone else have a habit that drives anyone or even you nuts?

I have to turn off all the lights in the house in a certain way. Drives me nuts but I can't seem to stop doing it!

    This may be long

I clean the house at least once a day, top to bottom including removing any trace of dust from the skirting boards etc.

The kitchen has to be spotless before I can eat, and even then the fact that my plate and knife and fork are dirty drives me insane until I can clean them.

I check that all doors and windows are shut in the house before I go out three times.

I turn the fan from the first setting to the second to the third back to the second and back to the first before I can leave it alone.

The tv must be positioned EXACTLY in the centre of the lowline unit or I go nuts - hubby likes to move it the tiniest bit to see if I notice or not....

The floors are vacumed and mopped every second day and the sheets are washed every day.

If I visit someone else's home I have a shocking habit of straightening crooked picture frames, and I follow that with cleaning up after everyone...

Everything has it's own place and must remain in that place until it is used, once used it must be returned to that particular place or I go frantically looking for it.

Apparently I have mild OCD... And this is only part of it....

I keep all the lights off. The only time the lights are on is if I'm cooking or something. Other than that the lights don't stay on for any more than a few minutes.

My Mum said that I was very embarrassing to take to peoples houses because I would remark on where they were lacking in their house keeping skills.

My 5 year old was diagnosed with OCD when he was 3, it makes for some fun times!

OCD sucks. It's often associated with severe Anxiety (which I have) though I disagree with docs I'm OCD, I think if you're an 'anxious' person you're always going to be high strung!

I hate dust. I clean every speck of dust out of the house.
