Absolutely, the poor dad. A friend of mine had a car accident 18months ago and her son was tragically killed. To this day she constantly says "if only I'd taken the other way, if only we'd gone to the shop first, if only..."

My heart goes out to the family. RIP little fella.

There was also a guy eight k's away.

    &Warning This is HIGHLY disturbing*

He went speeding with his eighteen month year old not buckled up. S/he died instantly. This was awhile ago, he's still in hospital facing serious charges.

    Here's the catch-

    He was a driving instructor!

It's hard to believe so much horrible stuff happens in small communities. The truth of matter is, we just all know each others business.

This guys family owns a supermarket eight km's away. We used to support 'the little guy' but now we just go to IGA.

...The life guards weren't watching. The father said his child was missing and he was frightened and they didn't look in the pool. This could have been prevented if they had been doing their job! It is their job to babysit! They're supposed to be watching so they can dive in and save someone when they are drowning! Now a little innocent child is dead.

diseny, i have friends that are lifegurads, they arent paid to baby sit, its not their job. Their is to watch the pool to make sure that everyone is alright, also make sure that the pool is running right. Im sorry but the father is in the fault ere. Everyone knows to watch ur kids at the pool. Also u said that the pool was packed.,so someone would of noticed a kid drowning.
