Masha put a muzzle on her if she is so scared.. she may bite someone because of her fear and you've only had her 9 days...how old is she?

I totally agree with this - I quite often send my kids up to the counter in various places and they get totally ignored, my kids have learnt to politely say "Excuse I was next ...." and then to rattle off their order. I do understand that the people behind the counter might think that the child is with the adult behind them, but still ask the child if you can help them just in case they aren't!

My pet peeves, apart from the ones everyone has said about out of control kids and unleashed dogs would be

    - spelling HE'S instead of HIS
    - stacking dirty dishes on top of one another and not rinsing them off so the remnants go rock hard and need serious scrubbing to get them clean.

Another pet peeve: People who pretend they suffer from mental illness. It's not 'cool' to be Bipolar! Stop mocking the plight of others by being 'Bipolar'

She's 14 weeks now. In this case I dont think a muzzle is necessary because I tell people not to touch her. Or at least I somehow get across that she might bite. I doubt it though... even when some guy was full on stroking her head (GRR ) and she was mad scared she didnt bite, just sat there.

I guarantee that no-one will go near her if she has a muzzle on PMSL
Would you go up to a muzzled dog and pat it?

She is 14 weeks though which is still a puppy and she needs to be socialised.. if you don't allow people to approach her and pat her while she is on the lead, then you are going to have major issues later on.
