    Yesterday I ate

    half a cup of muesli

    a toasted cheese sanga on rye

    strawberries and blueberries with a tablespoon of Greek yogurt

    and a garden Salad for dinner


    I have PUT ON HALF A KILO OVERNIGHT!!!!!

    Not enough water, 1 small bottle of coke zero and 2 coffee's no sugar

    Definitely not! Drink two large glasses of water now, then have one glass every hour from now until an hour before bed. You should see a difference tomorrow! Also it should flatten the tummy!

    The other option is use Staminade or Gatorade - just like drinking cordial but better for you, rehydrates better too.

    ETA: No worries on the help, I have to do the same thing at least once a week.... I'm hopeless LOL!

    I'm not all that fussed on water either but I drink 2 litres a day. Feels so much better but spend half my day on the loo!!!!
    Good luck Pugger, how much weight are you trying to lose....I only guess that you are on a diet.

    Losing weight is easy...get Cancer. Sorry, my black humour coming out, lol.
    Water is the key. Remember too that we females fluctuate with our cycles and do not be shocked to stand on the scales to see u have gained 2 kilos at that time, it is all fluid and goes but it can be disheartening. Your problem may be that you are not eating enough...that's right, not enough. When we drastically cut calories our bodies can go into storing and shut down mode, preparing us for the famine it thinks is imminent. Have 3 meals a day, or better yet 5 small ones to keep the metabolism churning away to eat up the fat.

    Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

    Have to agree with you there Di Dee. 3 square meals a day of the right food, plenty of water and you can lose weight.

    I wondered why I was not losing weight back when I was trying to 10 years ago. Once I researched, saw how water was critical, learnt how the metabolism worked, started eating breakfast, did either 3 meals or 5 small ones and walked 30mts about 5 times a week the weight came off slowly but surely..all 18 kilos of it.

    Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.
