I agree with you GSD. If I'm distraught I at least try to distance myself before I make a rash decision I'll regret.

    Why???
In all cases, the reasons were the nastieness of the forum and particular members that they felt ruled threads and shouted down the comments and opinions of others.

I also wish I knew of a way to resolve it all but it doesn't seem to work. In my view, the only ting that will work is what Morgan had decided to do, but then didn't from some reason. She was going to clamp down on those that abused and flamed others. I assume she is on holidays though??

PS - how are you feeling now?

Oh Anne, Morgan is a he. ROFL. Remember?

I am feeling better today. Managed to get out of bed without the aid of the furniture, so am on cloud nine. Amazing what we take for granted, isn't it? Today is also just the most beauitful day, weatherwise, and my husband has just finished the last touches in our newly renovated kitchen. I'm feeling great, thank you Anne - obviously! *embarrassed face for gushing*

I'm really copping it via PM on another forum ATM. I can't for the situation to be resolved. It's very draining to remain calm, professional & mature when someone's making personal attacks. Spirit & Tara have really picked up on how I'm feeling. This is their 2nd day without eating a thing. I've given them both a dose of Lectade to boost their appetite & they've only had a nibble. Mish on the other hand takes the very sensible view "I'll be right with you Mum. Just as soon as I finish eating."

That does sound good, particularly the renovated kitchen. We are hoping to do ours within the first 6 months of this year. We are selling next year (doing the sea change thing) and so we don't want to spend a great deal, but we can't stand it the way it is.

Have you looked into seeing an osteotherapist for your back? They can also give you some exercises to help strenghten it.

Ooops, oh yeah, I forgot about him being of the male kind. *how stupid am I*

Jeez GSD's, you don't need that!
When a forum makes you feel bad, sad, mad, unhappy or any of those negative things, I don't think it's a place I want to be. I have felt that here recently, but hopefully can get past it. I'm so sorry that crap is happening for you. Can you not ignore all the PM's or whatever?

An osteothareapist? No, I haven't Anne. I do think the time has come however that I need to delve further. I knew the damage 14 years ago, but maybe things have changed in my body and I should go through further tests again.
If i just stopped the amount of outside work I do I'd be okay, but I can't help myself, I just love being outside. But hey, what am I saying - I've just been bed-ridden and injured since Boxing Day! If I take it easier, then I CAN be outside! Lol. Stupid DA.
