    I have a BIG happy to announce!!

    I recently put on 4kg due to comfort eating. ALL of it went to my lower stomach. Because I'm Insulin Resistant (part of the package lol) that's a bad thing. Well I got on the scales today and I've lost 3kg!

    My body already feels so much better.

    Thanks! Insulin Resistance is what you'd call 'pre' diabetes. Most women who have PCOS have IR.

    PCOS= Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

    It sucks though because as a teenager I'd love to live on maccas and fish n chips

    Yeah, I know that makes sense deep down, but it's still annoying lol. I know I'm a lot healthier than some of my mates, which I guess is a good thing, short term and long term.

    I thought if you didn't treat your diabetes one of the possible effects was something to do with your feet? I gotta stop taking medical lessons from Family Guy.
