    Default Thread Acitivity

I think it is really miserable that contraversial threads get hepas of looks and responses......................................... ...

What about pouring some of that energy and time into threads that are informative...but possibly not as much fun.....

Anne - what was the last thread YOU started about dog related stuff? Before you ask - mine was about 2 minutes ago!

Why start a thread like this, which has nothing to do with dogs, instead of starting dog related threads.

nearly 2 weeks ago. The point is that threads like this are just as destructive as others. Instead of pointing a finger, do something positive. Start a new thread about something to do with dogs. I apologise if I wasnt clear before.

I wouldn't have asked because I can't see the relevance Occy.

Why not start a thread like this? It's in Off Topics Occy, what the hell do you think we should do with this section of the forum if we don't use it for topics not related to dogs??

Are you now the forum police?

You start a negative topic about how negative topics get all the attention...

    Oh the irony

Bahhaha, how petty. Who cares how often I start threads?

As for pointing fingers, I think you need to walk away from the computer and have a cuppa to be honest. You're becoming irrational and weird.

My thread was not intended as a negative, although YOU are fast turning it into one. It was an observation regarding the frequency of views and the number of responses to contraversial threads.

I particularly noticed it as I check this forum usually daily. I was on last night. There was very little activity and I as musing to myself about the fact that everyone must be busy with Xmas, new year, families and holidays. I logged in today to see a thread that had been started last night and the activity level of that thread only was very high.

You are the only one being negative Occy, and I don't appreciate your attitude. If you have issue with my topic, then simply don't reply.

Psst, how does one alter a heading of a thread? I have a typo in it but can't see how to edit it.

A lot of my time and effort was poured into the thread "GRRRR...the attitude is everywhere". I put post after post regarding BYB...desexing etc etc in hope of educating certain members. This was a thread where you could have posted in due to your opinions about BYB...etc etc and your knowledge regarding Lobby groups. I am not sure if you actually posted anything there. When I felt I was just banging my head against a brick wall...that is when I stopped!

I agree with Occy...starting the thread out on a negative note might not be the best way to do things.
