All I can say is that I have had a crappy year...nothing has gone right. 2 very dear friends were taken by cancer, I've had medical probs etc etc.....best thing would be my lovely new car called Godric...even that was shattered with gravel in the first week resulting in broken windscreen..no insurance for that...and many paint chips on the bonnet. Dogs in hospital and the list goes on.
Soooo, I am so looking forward to 2010 as I think it's going to be a ripper of a year for me and my furkids. WooHoo...bring it on.....
The more people I meet, the more I like my dogs.

    Hi Anne

Played GF on grass. Got fairly good at it too. Also filled in for a turf team - sand and waterbased pitches. And umpired on everything.

I am also a hockey player, both grass and turf. We only have water based turfs though now that I am aware of. I've played for 31 years..................... oh god that makes me sound old.

Hmmm.. not sure if I can think of 10 but I'll give it a shot!

1.We finally got our much longed for puppies
    2. Hubby and I bought our very first home - a brand new apartment. (which made number 1 finally possible)
    3. Just before Christmas I found out I'm being promoted at work and getting a pay rise when we go back in the new year
    4. I started getting accupuncture regularly which helped me to overcome my issues that have plagued me for years.
    5. I found this forum, which has helped me to become a better "parent".
    6. We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and our 1 year anniversary of living in Melbourne.
    7. I feel completely content for the first time in my life.

The only real negative that happened this year was that my husband was diagnosed with an illness called Wegeners Granulamatosis. There is no cure, but they might be able to treat it and there's hope it will eventually go into remission. He's only 27 so we were pretty shattered by the news. But then again, on the positive side it brought us even closer together, if that was even possible, and it made us take better care of our health

Thanks The good thing is that it won't kill him - but the treatment, if they decide to give it to him, really sucks. Luckily for now the disease is only in his sinuses and hasn't spread to his organs. For now it's just regular tests and checkups.

LOL I just gave the puppies "icy poles" (chicken stock and water in the ice cube tray) and Charlie is eating them all... poor Bella's not even getting a look in.
