Default Sleeping when OH is Away

Does anyone else have trouble sleeping when their OH is not in the bed??

My OH had one of his works christmas partys last night and I knew he would be home late (dinner didn't start untill 9.45) but I was restless all night and when I woke at 4am to an empty bed I couldn't get back to sleep.
I rang him so I knew he was fine and once he finally got home (5.10am) I dropped right off only to wake to my alarm 5 min later

I used to and still do on the odd occassion but I've had to get used to it as my OH was away in training for 9 months and now sometimes works night shift.

Yep i have trouble sleeping when my OH isn't at home ( that occurs only a few times a year when my OH is out night fishing), i'm a big scaredy cat & freaken paranoid to be home alone at night without my OH...... I can sleep just fine tho not being in the same bed with my OH, omg if others heard the loud snoring coming from my OH, then they would understand why i sleep in guest room sometimes
