    - Try your hardest to keep it to one member per 'title'. As hard as it is!
    - Keep in mind the quieter members that may get 'forgotton'.

    I feel it should be firstly, an anonymous pm. The first 10 lists of names under whatever categories sent to you should then be put into a poll. People can then vote on the poll.

    It would mean cutting back the categories a great deal though.
