    A pessimist sees the glass as half empty;
    An optimist sees the glass as half full;
    A realist just finishes the damn thing and refills it.

    One other place Anne, but only with ppl who have Newfoundlands. Have posted once or twice, that's it. Too quiet, too dead, no-one ever there. *sigh*
    Probably won't bother there again.

    Here's the only place for me. It's a great forum most of the time. Lol.

    Ha ha. Nothing wrong with that, though.

    I am usually known as Anne or PugRescueSydney...sometimes just Pug Rescue and one the rare forum these days as Puggles.

    I usually try to not 'collect' forum memberships and every now and then I do a cull of them.

    Currently I am a member of;
    Here (obviously)
    DOL
    Several Pug specific forums such as Ozpugs and Auzpugs, Pugs.com. Pugvillage and one or two others.
    I know there are more but my brain is not really focussing well at the moment (I think I need more caffeine!)

    What forums do you enjoy visiting?
    I still think of you as Puggles. I liked that name. You will always be Puggles to me.

    I've been a member of DOL for years but I have probably posted less than a dozen times. I like small country towns. Not big cities.
    It is a great site for breed information and I often go there just to look at dogs and pups for sale or to quickly read info on a breed I'm unfamiliar with.

    All Pet Chat. Very quiet at the moment but lots and lots of great games.

    Pet Forums. This is a UK based site with members from all over the world. It's very big but also very friendly. There is the odd heated argument of course but surprisingly little real nastiness for a forum with more members than DOL. I've only visited the dog section but they have sections for all pets, including farm animals. There is a great cross section of dog people. It's particularly interesting to read posts by people who compete in sheepdog trials, do search and rescue or have working gun dogs and working terriers. Most of the members are normal pet owners but there are also show people and a lot of rescuers as well.

    DOGFORUM.ORG is a small US based forum. There is not a lot of traffic but most of the people are really nice. Friendly and helpful like the best type of American.

    I'm still a member of one of the Pug groups you put me on to. Unfortunately I can't post there any more as I've changed my email address and they won't accept the change unless it goes through the old addy first.

    Apart from that I'm a member of two Deerhound egroups. Roils where Deerhounds write to each other and Roilhumans where those owned by Deerhounds can communicate. I still sometimes look in but haven't had the heart to post since I lost Weyland.

    That's it, I think.

    I'm always Deerhound. On one of the forums I'm Deerhounder as Deerhound wasn't available.

    The End....

    -GSD forum (which is good for info on some things and sharing pics but being an American forum they do things a bit differently so I rarely visit it).
