Default Cross Your Fingers for Us -re Job.

    Hi guys,

Can you please cross your fingers, toes and whatever else you can for us.

My husband has just finished work early to go for a job interview, and he really would like to get this one. He currently works full-time as an insulator, before that he was a joiner ever since we moved down here, but the pay has been all over the place, and we are yet in 8 years to have a Christmas where he hasn't had a whole month off without pay - he craves just a normal job where we know what he's gonna get paid each week, with sick pay, hols pay, super, double-time and all the normal stuff that others may take for granted.

Considering this job is at Mitre 10 where I tend to spend a lot of my shopping time, this would be perfect!!!

Cross them please, and send good successful vibes our way.

    Vibes being sent.

A realist just finishes the damn thing and refills it.

Thanks Anne and Dogsrule. Appreciated. 2009 has been a rotten year all round, so if he could get this job it would be like our luck is changing. Not only that, it would seem like a holiday to him!

Well, he said that he felt the interview went really well. There were 20 applicants, and it is now down to four, and yes, he is one of those four.

So now I'm excited and so very hopeful for him.
