Sounds good Mitte..... Nutty Grey it is...

Sounds almost as funny as the nick name the girls ( DA, VON, BEC) have given me.....

This will not sound like much but to me is a big deal.
Before I became ill, over a year ago, I bought a you beaut motorised treadmill..silly maybe being able to walk all over the farm but uneven surfaces, snakes, make me wary.

It has just sat there, I maybe used it 3 times.
I have been feeling very weak, understandable and expected but muscle wise I can not even get up from a loo without a handhold,I can not do a full walk around a supermarket, legs aching and wobbly like I have climbed a mountain..

I got on it today to start to come back and did an easy 5 minutes at only 2km and hour, but I did it easily, heart only got to 90.
I wish a bit that I had more time to build up for rads but other ways am glad they are being done so soon. I will do 5mts twice a day to start.

Take it a little at a time Di, no need to try for a marathon just yet. Your body has taken a hammering especially from the Chemo, so easy does it, the treadmill will still be there tomorrow.

    I feel so touched.

On my huge American bird board I did a thread in the all animals thread, titled.. I have a new beastie, lol. It has been a bit of a journal like here. One woman did relay for life and look what she lit in my honour. Most there are American, she is.
