How hot is it on the mainland guys?

It is horrible here, and I mean horrible. My eldest suffers terribly from heat, and cannot even eat his tea. It must have been this hot before, but I sure don't remember it.

    How bad is it elsewhere?

GSD's, stress can affect us so badly - worse than we realise sometimes. Take it easy and put it all out of your mind into the bin where it belongs. Hope you feel back to normal tomorrow.
