Sweetie, these days, most people are "young" in comparison to my age group.

I'm in the same boat! I sometimes forget how old I am and then realise that I might be old enough to be some peoples mums or grandmother especially on this forum!

My Nephews & Nieces are having children, so it sounds like we're the same "vintage".

Oh yep, I am definitely old enough to be some member's mum, and if I really really push the boundaries, even their grandmother! *brrrr* don't think I'll think about that possibility!

On another note, I have to say that I am really having the *warm fuzzies* for the devotion that members show their dogs on this forum - it helps to restore my faith in humans - especially when I meet dogs like Eddie and Fonzie whose owners discarded them like a used tissue.

Well I am a grandmother of a six year old! Phew just lucky I'm not the grandmother of a teenager!
Agree with you Von, the members devotion to their dogs on this forum does restore faith in humans!

I don't know why, but I suddenly had a visual of a shag pile toilet seat warmer. I said I didn't know why ........

So did the visual of a shag pile toilet seat warmer also have a toilet dollie with the frilly skirt that goes over the spare toilet roll!

Nah, just the seat warmer. Can't have anything on the top of the loo because Spirit thinks everything that isn't nailed down is either a treat or a toy.
