Morning AF & all you other "dish licker" lovers. Everyone get through the night OK ??

I'm a bit grumpy this morning. Rob's snoring was a real venetian blinds rattler. He woke me at 2:30 & I was on watch for the rest of the morning until it was time to take the girls for a run at 5. He's sleeping in the spare room tonight to give me a bit of a unbroken sleep.

Can relate to that GSD's. I'm at the stage that I really feel like sleeping in separate rooms permanently just so I can get some sleep. Hope you get a better night tonight.

My hubby has a CPAP due to EXTREME snoring and sleep apnoea. We couldn't sleep together, because his snoring was THAT bad. Halleluja for CPAP machines

Typical bloke. He knows he's got to get rid of that gut & have surgery on his nose to fix a badly botched "country Dr's surgical skills" from when he was a kid, but will he ??

Sleep apnoea has to be diagnosed by a Sleep Study Specialist. Your hubby needs to go to GP...get referral to Sleep Study Specialist. Your hubby might suffer from Sleep Apnoea which can be dangerous.

ROFL. I so feel like it some nights when he's been blissfully snoring away all night & I'm there ing away yelling at him "Go into the spare room so I can get some sleep". After nearly 17 years of marriage, I have only JUST managed to get him to take out life insurance because his waist line has become "heart attack central" & he won't do anything about it.
