Thread: The Chat Place...

So this is what we have for the bumper/windows stickers as a "maybe"

The White Paws pic (I know they're a cat's paws, but I chose them because of Spirit)
    The Web Address
"For the Gourmet in Every dog"
"All Natural & Preservative Free Training Treats"

Unless anyone else has something else to add, I'll "file, store, click" this set up & chat with the sticker people. If they're anything like the magnet people, they'll send me a proof. I'll get it on here for you all to have a sticky at & see what you think. When you're all happy, I'll get them done & away we go for future deliveries. Too easy ....

I'm also intrigued by these dog tags .... Holy sh!t !! Before you know it, I'll be giving away a "show bag" with each order !!

Is there any way to put what Hyacinth said on there as well? About them being just the right size and texture? That to me is your biggest seller. I know that when I order them I am good to go - no prep and no gloves! I hate having to train my dogs with roast chook as my hands are all sticky by the time I have finished, this would especially work with people who show dogs as when you have given the treat in the ring there is minimal lingering scent and when you have them in the stack they are not turning around trying to lick your fingers!

    Morning Cate !!

I'll add your "size & texture" comment to the list for consideration. We're getting quite a lot of "possibles" for the sicker but that's alright. We'll get the right thing together in the end. You should have seen the list of possible names I had before we came up with the biz name !! It got to 2 full A4 pages with 3 columns per page. I asked every doggie person I knew what they liked & then I finally came up with the biz name I have now.

What about having some that say "Ask me for a demonstration" or something like that? I'm sure between all of us here we could get a great network of people going particularly those who go to dog clubs and dog parks!

It's now "on the list". I'm just starting a doco now to record all of this as we'll start chatting about something else & I won't be able to find all the info in a day or 2.

Good idea GSD! And having everything in one place will help you sort what you like/don't like.

Question - still deciding what to order, but have a question about the apperteaser, that's the one I'm really interested in for my old girl who's appetite varies, she's a small dog, so how much should I put on her food? Or how many meals would one bag cover?

Ta. I like to be organised. And it will give me something concrete to take when I talk to the sticker people instead of getting all confused.

Sorry to confuse you even further but .... how long is a piece of string ?

It's the treats I can't use as treats, so I grind them into that powder. You can't OD the dog, so 100 grams could last quite a while if you just popped a half a teaspoon or even just a pinch on their food. I grab it by the handful & whack it on the young 'uns food if they're mucking about & I want them to clean their bowls out. Remember though that I have Sheppies.

After I posted I was thinking I've just asked her how long is a piece of string! Hmmm, I think I'd be a bit heavy handed with it if it gets her to eat all her dinner, so one bag should last 3-4 weeks. Righty ho, now to make up my mind what else to get.

    I think I'm a procrastinator but I'm not sure....

Well, we can't have THAT now, can we !! I'm feeling a bit generous, so if you give me a bit of a "wish list", I'm sure I can include some samples with your final order.
