    I know, I know. Hope it's not blowing like this tomorrow though. My hair gets messy and then i get cranky and cut it all off, then I regret it.

    Hmmm, can you offer to do some dog walking for the local RSPCA, Dis? Walking is just the best exercise in the world IMO. And enjoyable if shared.

    Would be great if I lived somewhere, not the middle of nowhere. I've been playing on the trampoline which is lots of fun and I'm starting Callanetics tonight...Nothing tones the tummy quicker but it's sooo hard lol.

    I've started a "2 minute, 15 sessions a day" regime & so far it's been pretty good. I stopped smoking 2 years ago & despite not changing my eating habits, I've stacked it on. I did some "fast pace" with Spirit on Sunday & it's the first time I haven't gasped for air. Get on to the 9am web site, google "2 minute work out" or articles by Craig Harper.

    Nah, this suits me just fine. I don't have to change my clothes or go anywhere. And I don't have to commit a block of time at a certain time. 15, two minutes sessions & I can take all day to do them if I like.
